Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is an advisory
board to the Board of Supervisors. They review all Subdivision and Land
Development plans for accuracy and to determine if they meet all Subdivision
and Zoning Ordinance requirements. They also review Zoning and Subdivision
Ordinance changes and all applications for Variances and Special Exceptions.
The Planning Commission makes all recommendations to the Board of Supervisors
for approval.
Meetings held on:
4th Wednesday of each
month at 8:00 p.m.
at the Po-Mar-Lin Fire Hall located behind the
Unionville Post Office
Route 82
Unionville, PA 19375
There is no November meeting and the last meeting for 2011 is December 7, 2011.
